Three Tiered Macaron
My lovely friend Marianne's birthday was last week. I wanted to make her something special.
She loves my macarons so I decided to go supersize with a three tiered one. It's filled with all her favourite things, a creme patisserie lightened with whipped double cream, fresh raspberries, raspberry conserve and a little layer of white chocolate. It was a little bit experimental but luckily she loved it.
