Pistachio Macarons
Todays efforts went into making pistachio macarons. I've not tried making the shells with different nuts before.
I used a blend of pistachio and almond for the mixture, love the soft green colour they have turned out which is all natural. The filling was a buttercream with pistachio paste which I bought from Sous Chef.
Really pleased with how they've turned out considering I was making it up as I went along.
