The Great British Bake Off, Week 4 – Bread.

For my bake along I didn't fancy making bread sticks or a giant octopus shape loaf, so instead I made something I wanted to. I've never really made much bread, it's a bit of an unknown for me, but my bake along at home is all about trying new things.
